Policies & Other Information

1. NO PETS...NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. ALL CABINS ARE NON SMOKING...Smoking is allowed outside.

3. We have an all-concrete boat ramp.

4. Also available is laundry, game room, and an outdoor pool, all situated on 8 1/2 acres.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation must be done 30 days prior to your arrival or forfeit your deposit.

2. Failure to cancel your reservation or a no show will result in a bill for the full amount of your reservation.

Credit Card Policy

We will be glad to accept your Visa or Master Card; however, we prefer checks or cash due to the fees charged to us by your credit card companies. If you choose to use a credit card, there will be a 3% processing fee.

Check Cashing Policy

We will be glad to take your personal checks. Checks returned for lack of funds will be charged a fee of $25.
